OASIS in the High Desert Albuquerque

May 31, 2009, by Staff report, World Daily Planet Times

In 1946 there was not a thing in Nob Hill, Albuquerque NM. Today, Nob Hill is the progressive heart of the city. Bordered by the University of New Mexico on the north, Albuquerque International Airport and Kirkland Air Force base on the South, and downtown on the west.

The area is filled with holistic shops, restaurants, clubs, and specialty shops.
Revitalization over the past 10 years has elevated the community to the progressive "hip" area for the city.

Of course the area now is built out.

This is Kellys pub on Central Ave, (old route 66). It is a converted gas station and garage. GOOD FOOD!

If you are looking for an apartment, Amherst Apartments has 1 and 2 bedrooms in a true community environment. check out the apartments here.
